Elf idea: Mission for today
The elf has left a sealed envelope with a kind mission inside, to tick off when it's done. It takes about 5 minutes and hardly any effort; you need paper, card and envelopes, felt tips, crayons and a marker pen.

How to do it
- Write one kind mission on a card, like 'Draw a picture for someone you love' or 'Help lay the table tonight'.
- Seal it in an envelope marked 'Top secret'.
- Sit the elf on the envelope with a pen.
- When the mission's done, the kids draw a big tick on the envelope and leave it out for the elf.

Shoot the envelope with 'Top secret' facing the camera.
A morning line from your elf
Your mission is in the envelope. Should you choose to accept it, put a big tick on it when it's done.
