Elf idea: Sleeps-till-Christmas chain
The elf has made a paper chain with one link per sleep left and tears one off each night. It takes about 10 minutes and a little effort; you need paper, card and envelopes, scissors and a glue stick, sticky tape, masking tape or plasters, felt tips, crayons and a marker pen.
